The trail is approximately 1 km from the street where anyone can go by car and is completely safe for the whole family since safety ropes are installed throughout the route.

The Baloiço do Oural, in Vila Verde, is a new addition in the region, with access from the town of Codeceda, with directions from the parish church.
It's a mega swing set up by the UF Vade board at the top of Monte do Oural.

São Silvestre Swing (Mesão Frio)
The Swing of São Silvestre in Mesão Frio, is located in the heart of Porta do Douro.
The installation is next to the chapel of the patron saint with the same name.
