The Church of Mercy of Aveiro is a historic and cultural heritage located at R. de Coimbra 23, 3810-156 Aveiro, Coimbra.
It is one of the largest churches of mercy worldwide and has in its facade 19th century tiles. Here stands out also an ancient seventeenth-century coating at the same time as the image of Our Lady of Conceição, the Royal Shield, the Cross of the Order of Christ and the Armillary Sphere. It served as the See of Aveiro between 1775 and 1830 and its construction began in 1600.
