The Church of São Nicolau, located in the Baixa area of Lisbon, offers a unique atmosphere and a historical sightseeing tour full of interest. Historically, it was built in 1280, but the reconstruction which gave rise to the remarkable building seen today happened after the devastating earthquake of 1755.

The exterior façade is discreet but inside the church impresses with its splendor.
