Part of a set of three waterfalls formed in limestone outcrops along the Ribeira da Asseca, the Cascata da Torre (Tavira) waterfall, alongside the Cascata do Pego do Inferno and Cascata do Pomarinho, is a tourist attraction in the Tavira municipality. The access by road is difficult and the waterfall may be dry outside of the rainy season.
