The vineyards, which extend over 600 hectares, are managed with specialized technical guidance and advanced technology, such as computer-controlled temperature during fermentation. Since 2011, the winery has dedicated 34 hectares to conversion to Organic Production, reinforcing its commitment to sustainability.
