The Fort of Our Lady of the Guide, officially known as Military Building No. 004/Horta, also referred to as Fort Guia, Fort Greta or Castelo da Greta, is located at Ponta da Greta, parish of Angústias, in the town and municipality of Horta, in the island of Faial, in the Azores.
