Our Lady of the Rosary of Fátima Church, one of the major cultural attractions of Lisbon, is considered the first Catholic church to be built in the Republic's capital, with Pardal Monteiro's work in 1933 awarded the Valmor Architecture Prize. Its ultra-modern building has the particularity of displaying several works by renowned artists, such as the stained glass of Almada Negreiros, in a composition resulting from the mixture of Art Déco and Neo Gothic styles.
